5/6 Dance

  Mahlah, Alex, Ali Ellie and I were walking and chattering as we walked into Covington. Alex sat down to change her shoes, "Shhh! Listen!" I said. We all heard "da da dadada dadadadadad da da dadada dadada" Then we all rushed to cafeteria. When we got there there were pretzels, beads, glow and the dark bracelets, and some kind of brittle or bark in separate bowls. We cracked the bracelets, put beads on our necks and went to the dance floor.

 There was a d.j talking into a microphone but he seemed like he was yelling at the top of his lungs. He said "Al ' right, who wants to play a game? " screamed the speakers. The kids screamed. We got in two lines and when ever he said coke somebody would run to a person high five them and run back. Same thing but you rotate partners with pepsi. There was conference call to you would go to the middle. Then when the game was over they were playing the song UpTown Funky whup, my other friend Alex came up to e and did the Harlem shake very fiercely to me. At the end they also played Your Lips are moving and Shake it Off.

  The dance ended at 8:00, Ali's mom and dad were here to pick the five of us up. Ali me and Alex were in one car and Mahlah and Ellie were in another. It was really cold out but we were so hot from dancing that it felt really good against our faces. When we got to Ai's house we played truth or dare while eating Ice cream. Mine was vanilla with mini m&m's, caramel/chocolate syrup, and gummy bears.
